We are finally expanding once again! This Saturday we will be cutting a big hole in the wall to combine our 2 units and make one big super box. We are now 3000 square feet of kick ass CrossFit. With our expansion we will be adding more CF times and some new exciting programs.
The winter strength challenge was nothing short of awesome! I wanted to share a couple of photos of pure intensity. My favorites are the pics of 17 year old Joey from queen Emma weightlifting club. This crazy kid cleaned 345lbs. CRAZY!!!!
One last thing. Remember to listen to your body. Are you tired, sore, stiff, tweaked back or shoulder pain? It's ok to take a rest day. 2 a day workouts are not needed to get results. If your WOD's are lacking strength, power, intensity or cardio you probably need a rest day and more then likely more food. If coming to the box is just part of your daily routine and you don't want to miss a day. Come in and cheer on your friends or attended class as a spectator you just might pick up a thing or two that could help you in the future.
