What is Lahaina CrossFit Beach Fit?
Your Time Is Now! Lahaina CrossFit now offers an Beach Fit option for all our CrossFit class workouts. These options are specifically designed for individuals who want the constantly varied, high-intensity aspects of CrossFit without the heavy barbell lifting. This option (done with and during our regular class times) will still focus on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. If you are wanting to be apart of a great fitness community and get a great workout without a heavy barbell, then Lahaina CrossFit Beach Fit is a great way to get into shape using basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, jump ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls.
What is Lahaina BeachFit at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa?
If you are stayin at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa come join our Lahaina CrossFit Coaches and athletes for a great bodyweight workout on the Westin lawn overlooking the beautiful Kaanapali Beach and ocean. We will provide you with a FUN, SAFE, effective, high intensity, scaled to YOUR personal fitness level, awesome workout. It's the best way to start your day. BeachFit @ Westin Maui Resort and Spa classes are every Thursday morning from 7am -7:45am. This is open to all Westin Maui Resort and Spa guests (20.00 per person-sign up through Westin Spa or bring cash), other island visitors (25.00 per person - sign up through Westin Spa or bring cash), and Lahaina CrossFit current members (25.00). If driving to the Westin please use the Beach Access parking between Whahlers Village and the Westin. Follow the Beachwalk to Relish and we are on the grass facing the beautiful ocean. Bring water and towel if desired as the mornings are a little wet. Please check our Lahaina CrossFit Facebook page for any class cancellations due to weather. We will try and cancel within 24 hours notice as Maui weather can be tricky. We will also contact the front desk to advise as well. Mahalo!
What can I expect from Beach Fit?
Lahaina CrossFit's Beach Fit option will still focus on aerobic, anaerobic conditioning, strength training and core. All of our CrossFit classes are built on CrossFit principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone’s potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting. Our instructors will be there to teach, ensure safety, motivate and encourage as you gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, and form new friendships.
Can I jump right in to the Beach Fit options?
Yes! It is recommended that you contact us via email or schedule your first session prior to attending. Please click on the Gym Schedule link to see class times and our Get Started tab to schedule your first visit. Lahaina CrossFit's Beach Fit is a great introduction to the CrossFit methodology and you may start right away. Our Coaches will teach you everything that you need to know for that workout.
Why should I choose Lahaina CrossFit Beach Fit?
Most CrossFit programming is built around a framework of strength movements and Olympic lifts. While we believe that proficiency in these movements is an important part of your athletic development, we understand that not everyone shares our passion for barbell lifting. That is where the Lahaina CrossFit Beach Fit option comes in. These challenging, high-intensity bootcamp-style workouts will keep you moving, utilizing a variety of bodyweight movements and lighter weights. Don’t be fooled, these classes are not easy, it is still CrossFit but we have “UNLOADED” the barbells.

Just like our main classes CrossFit Beach Fit is for everyone and can be scaled to any and all fitness levels. Beach Fit options are especially for:
- Beginners who are interested in our CrossFit program but want to build up some conditioning and basic strength first.
- Those that are tired of the globo gyms and want the variety and intensity of CrossFit without the heavy or technical lifts.
- CrossFit athletes who need a break from barbell lifting.
- CrossFit athletes coming back after taking time off.
- Individuals who have an injury that prevents them from lifting heavy weight but still want to get in shape.
